Beautiful feet - a long way to go...
When you consider that your own feet travel more than 160,000 kilometers over the course of a lifetime, you really begin to realize what a valuable asset they are. Given the importance of our feet, proper foot care is of great importance.
Relaxing foot bath
A foot bath offers an ideal combination of cleansing, relaxation, and care. Essential oils, such as lavender or thyme, are recommended as additives. Five minutes are sufficient, otherwise, the skin will swell. The foot bath also softens the uppermost layers of callused skin.
Now is the ideal time to address the issue of calluses. The Mosadal foot care products are ideally suited for the gentle removal of excessive calluses – completely without rasps or files. Simply apply a thin layer of cotton wool soaked in Mosadal to the dry and grease-free calluses, let it soak in briefly, and then remove the softened calluses, for example, with our professional instruments.
The issue with toenails
A common mistake is cutting toenails round. You should always cut or file toenails straight (the nail edge should be flush with the tip of the toe). Afterward, pointed corners can be slightly rounded with a file, as they can otherwise quickly grow in – a painful matter.
To remove the cuticles, we recommend Mosadal Lotion: Take a thin layer of Mosadal-soaked cotton wool and place it on the dry cuticles. Then let the fluid work for about two minutes and finally remove the cuticles with a dry, hard nail brush. The result is particularly beautiful feet that will attract many admiring glances.

Don't forget to moisturize
Particularly dry, but also "normal" skin requires a lot of care – it will thank you. A daily cream massage with Mosadal Urea Cream provides intensive moisture, cares for your feet, and makes them wonderfully smooth and supple. For a relaxing cream massage, simply put a small amount of foot cream on your hand and massage it in with small circles and light pressure from the back of the foot and the sole towards the toes. Pressure points and resulting pain are thereby reduced. Our foot care cream is excellently skin-friendly, absorbs very quickly, and is dermatologically tested.
Not for everyone, but extremely effective, is the so-called cream shoe: simply apply a thick layer of foot cream in the shape of a shoe up to the ankles and then let the mask work for 10 minutes. Any remaining residue can then be removed with a cosmetic tissue or massaged in.
Movement is always good…
Some basic tips at the end: Beautiful feet and professional foot care are undoubtedly important, but you should also not lose sight of some self-evident tips:
Walking barefoot is healthy – on the one hand, it feels nice, and on the other hand, it also stimulates blood circulation. Walking barefoot over grass or sand also stimulates the reflex zones in the soles of the feet and relaxes the foot muscles.
Regular walking itself is fundamentally important. Whether climbing stairs, going for a walk, or power walking – leg and foot muscles are strengthened, and fitness is improved.
Massages and gymnastics in any form promote blood circulation and mobility. There are no limits to the imagination in this regard: Be it the rubber-studded doormat in the shower, simple gripping exercises e.g. with marbles or a towel, or the famous massage roller for in between: All this means pure relaxation and is also extremely healthy.
Beautiful hands - more than "just" a business card...
Beautiful and well-groomed hands are a person's business card. This oft-quoted phrase and the associated hand care are becoming increasingly important, especially today. And it's not just women who care about presenting well-groomed hands and beautiful fingernails.
Incidentally, our hands are particularly sensitive because they lack subcutaneous fatty tissue. For this reason, the skin loses elasticity faster than in other parts of the body and therefore ages more quickly. Numerous tips and tricks help to optimize the appearance of hands and nails.
Hand care with a hand bath
A lovely hand bath with fragrant and nourishing essences is balm for your hands. A combination of olive oil and essential oils such as rose, rosewood, jasmine, and sandalwood is ideal for this. Mix a few drops of the desired essence with the olive oil and add to a bowl of warm water. For particularly dry and brittle skin, an oil bath followed by a nourishing mask is recommended. A paraffin bath also promises a vacation for your hands. Paraffin ensures that the applied care products are absorbed particularly well.
Hand scrub
The term "peeling" or "scrub" is certainly familiar to most people, but it is not limited to the face; hands also become more beautiful and delicate if you treat them to a scrub now and then. A hand scrub can be easily and affordably created by mixing some vegetable oil with sugar and rubbing it into the hands for a few minutes. Afterward, clean the hands with water and massage in Mosadal Hand Cream for optimal care.

Special hand mask
A secret recipe for beautiful, soft hands: Mash a ripe banana with a fork and add some milk or olive oil. The resulting thick paste is then spread on the back of the hands and fingers. For optimal results, the hands are then wrapped in foil and packed in a towel. After ten minutes of exposure, rinse with water.
Beautiful fingernails
Fingernails, in particular, reveal a lot about one's health – poor nutrition, for example, a vitamin or zinc deficiency, can often be read from the nails. Brittle and fragile nails can usually be largely avoided through a healthy diet (e.g., dairy and whole grain products). Another way to help weak fingernails is nail modeling by applying a fast-curing gel. And finally, a secret tip for discolored fingernails: They become white again if you brush them clean with some baking soda (e.g., spread on a soft, slightly moistened toothbrush).
